Congratulations to the Town of Dryden and Town of Erwin on securing essential water/sewer infrastructure funding in the last Consolidated Funding Application round!
Hanshaw Village Mobile Home Community partnered with the Town of Dryden to secure $1,500,000 in funding for sewer improvements; and Victory Village Mobile Home Community partnered with the Town of Erwin to secure $1,175,600 for water infrastructure improvements. These funds were awarded through the Office of Community Renewal, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
