Mr. Laberge has been involved with the design, development, and construction of numerous municipal engineering projects. He has been responsible for the design, financing, administration, and management of municipal water, wastewater, and facilities projects. Mr. Laberge directs the resources of the firm to serve each client’s needs.

Mr. Laberge has designed and managed numerous projects, including water supplies, water treatment, distribution, water storage, sanitary sewer systems, pumping facilities, and wastewater treatment. He directs firm resources in conducting field investigations, cost opinions, design analysis and design, plans and specifications, and construction services.

Mr. Syden has almost 30 years of experience with New York municipalities in the areas of government efficiency, economic and community development, program development, and grant procurement. He has overseen the development of more than 150 planning projects and has assisted clients in securing more $360 million in funding for their communities.

Ms. Allen has almost 25 years of experience in developing and managing a wide range of planning projects for numerous communities. These include strategic plans, comprehensive plans, corridor plans, complete streets, zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, design guidelines, visual analysis, recreational studies, and plan reviews.

Mr. Rhodes has more than 25 years of experience designing and managing municipal and private development projects. Through his diverse experience, he has developed expertise in nearly all facets of civil engineering. Mr. Rhodes manages staff for the efficient and accurate execution of numerous water, wastewater, and municipal facility projects.
