Restore New York Grant Funding will support two projects which are helping to fuel redevelopment momentum in the City of Rensselaer, NY

Restore New York Grant Funding will support two projects that are helping to fuel the redevelopment momentum in the City of Rensselaer, NY. An abandoned textile mill is being reinvigorated as a mixed-use space the combines apartments and commercial space, while a soon-to-be-vacant former school building will be converted into another mixed use residential/commercial development. Laberge Group is proud to have partnered with the City to secure the funding supporting these projects which will contribute to the economic vitality of the community.

These projects advance Restore New York’s primary objective of encouraging community development and neighborhood growth through the redevelopment of blighted structures.
