Congratulations to the City of Rensselaer and the many partners who collaborated to bring about today’s ground-breaking on the Barnet Mills development! This $27 million project will redevelop an abandoned textile mill as a mixed-use space that will combine residential and commercial uses. Laberge Group is proud to have been a part of this dedicated team, partnering with the City and BBL to secure $1.8 million in Restore New York grant funding, which supports projects that encourage community development and neighborhood growth through the redevelopment of blighted structures.
