Laberge Group has been retained by Conifer Realty to provide an array of site services to support the development of North Gate Landing, a four-story housing development on Northern Boulevard in Albany, NY. These services include surveying, concept site planning, major development site planning, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPPP), construction services, and ongoing SWPPP monitoring. Laberge Group is also investigating sanitary sewer and water service viability for the site and assisting with site plan approach with the City of Albany.

When completed, this development will include more than 187 affordable apartments. Laberge Group is pleased to be assisting with this development which will increase the availability of affordable housing in the area.
