On July 11, 2019 the Town of Ramapo Town Board approved the Draft Scoping Outline for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the Northeast Ramapo Development Plan; a Comprehensive Plan Update of Town-wide Existing Conditions; and Town Code Amendments for Northeast Ramapo, per SEQRA regulation.

Written public comments on the Draft Scoping Outline may be submitted on or before September 9, 2019. (The Scoping Session was held on August 19, 2019 and the Town Board provided for public comments to be submitted in-writing until September 9, 2019).

A notice of the public scoping session shall be held on August 19, 2019 at 7pm at Town Hall, and shall be published, posted and filed as required by the SEQR Regulations.

The goal of the survey was to obtain diverse input from people living and working in Ramapo for the Northeast Ramapo Development Plan. Survey submissions were closed as of June 2019 and have been tabulated. Public input through this survey was invaluable in shaping the planning process.
