The purpose of this meeting was to provide the public with the findings of the Interim Dissolution Study, including the potential impact of a dissolution on service delivery, property taxes, governmental representation, and Village identity.

The objective was to help citizens make an informed and fact-based decision when voting in the referendum on November 8th.

Office Hours:
Laberge Group offered Office Hours in September to answer community questions and hear your comments. These 15 minute one-on-one Zoom meetings with a member of the Laberge Group team concluded on September 8th, 2021 and are no longer available.

Public Meetings:

A number of public meetings have been held to address community questions and solicit input:

  •  The first public meeting – which was held on August 9, 2021 – included an informative presentation regarding the Village Dissolution process.
  • The second public meeting – which was held on October 18, 2021 – provided the findings of the Interim Dissolution Study, including the potential impact of a dissolution on service delivery, property taxes, governmental representation, and Village identity. This meeting concluded with a question and answer session.
