This website is intended to provide information regarding the development of a Board initiated Village Dissolution Plan and to keep the community informed about opportunities to participate in the process. Upon completion of the Village Dissolution Plan, the final document will be posted here as a tool to help the electorate of the Village of Addison make an informed decision in a potential upcoming referendum regarding whether or not to dissolve the Village.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_1 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Background<\/h2>\n<p>The Village Board has resolved to explore the option of dissolution of the Village government, which would result in absorption of governance and services by the Town of Addison. The Village has received a New York State Citizen Reorganization Grant (CREG) to fund the development of the Dissolution Plan.<\/p>\n<p>This website will be updated regularly as relevant documents, meeting updates, and additional information becomes available.
