Edwin A. Droz, Construction Services Manager

With over 8 years of construction services experience and NICET Level IV certification, Mr. Droz’s background and skillset includes all aspects of construction project management, including bid assistance, review of contractor payment applications, adherence to documentation requirements, and construction oversight. Mr. Droz is also a traffic and transportation engineer with over 15 years of experience in traffic impact studies, project management, growth rate projections, and gap analysis. His efficiency and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth project implementation that Laberge Group clients expect.

Laverne J. Stewart, Community Development Specialist

Rejoining the Laberge Group Community Development team, Ms. Stewart brings extensive experience in the program delivery and administration of various grant programs, including Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Local Government Efficiency (LGE), and RESTORE NY Grants. Laberge Group clients will also benefit from Ms. Stewart’s expertise in preparing Environmental Review Records (ERR) and State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) Environmental Assessments.

Jerrine E. Corallo, Community Development Specialist

Ms. Corallo brings a wealth of skills and experience to the Community Development team, including public meeting facilitation, community engagement, funding development, grant writing, and all aspects of program implementation from development through evaluation. Laberge Group’s clients will benefit from Ms. Corallo’s tireless energy as well as her program administration skillset.

Lucie M. Stites, Assistant Marketing Manager

Ms. Stites has delivered marketing solutions for 18 years, with experience in custom publishing, direct marketing, branding and collateral development, and social media marketing, as well as ecommerce website management and promotion. Ms. Stites will contribute to the business development and marketing efforts of the firm.
