|Watkins Glen International||Track Modernization Project||Watkins Glen International, Inc. will undertake a complete racetrack re-paving project in order to address critical safety deficiencies. The modernization will keep top tier drivers and fans coming back to the Finger Lakes Region, as well as retain the popular NASCAR events in Upstate New York.||$2,000,000|
|Hamilton County||Fuel Consolidation, Phase III||This third and final phase of the County managed shared fuel delivery project will complete the consolidation of fuel management for all municipalities within Hamilton County. The project includes decommissioning existing Town, County and School storage and dispensing facilities and the installation of a regional fueling facility.||$797,028|
|Village of Kiryas Joel||Water Treatment Facility Improvement||The Village of Kiryas Joel will use $600,000 in NYS CDBG funds for improvements to the Village’s backwash filtration system. The total project cost is $725,000 and includes $125,000 in Village funds.||$600,000|
|Village of Corinth||Sewer Main Replacement||The Village of Corinth will use $600,000 in NYS CDBG funds to replace 8,450 linear feet of failing sewers, manholes along three residential streets in the Village. The total project cost is $790,000 and includes $190,000 in local funds.||$600,000|
|Castleton Paperboard LLC||New Production Facility||Development of a state-of-the-art lightweight high performance recycled paperboard mill on a tax foreclosed brownfield site.||$500,000|
|Village of New Square||Sidewalk Improvements||The Village of New Square will use $400,000 in NYS CDBG funds to replace 1,900 linear feet of sidewalk in the Village. The total project cost is estimated at $437,560 and includes $37,560 in local funds toward the project.||$400,000|

|Town of Hoosick||Pool Facility Improvements||The Town of Hoosick will rehabilitate the regional community pool’s 50-year-old bathhouse and filtration system located in the Village of Hoosick Falls. It is the second and final phase of investment in the renovation. The rehabilitation project will provide proper access for people with mobility challenges, and safe and sanitary conditions for over 200 daily users.||$123,625|

|Village of Montour Falls||Catherine Trail Connector ProjectConceptual Planning||The village of Montour Falls will construct a pedestrian bridge over the Catharine Creek, a boardwalk connecting to the Catharine Valley Trail, and a walking trail. When completed, the project will connect residents and visitors to the Catharine Valley Trail system, helping create a multi-modal system for bicyclists and pedestrians, connecting to the village parks in Montour Falls from the trail, and creating safer access for pedestrians to cross NYS Route 14 on the State trail.||$30,000|
